I’ve been doing a lot of challenges recently and it’s something I hugely enjoy. What I’ve realised though is that I’ve been spending a lot of time digging into the archives for photographs to fit. ……but only for photography purposes, not for fine dining! Apparently there are some 15,000 types of fungi in Britain and many will kill you on contact whilst some taste delicious. (I will continue to buy pick mine in the supermarket). Saw a few species in Boilton Woods at Brockholes. This one was the most photogenic.
