Who ate all the birdseed then?
I love Macro photography but it doesn’t always have to be about showing tiny insects in great detail – although 99% of my macros do just that!
For this week’s MONDAY MACRO I’ve chosen two pictures of small animals, both of which were taken with my macro lens.
I saw this squirrel feasting on a bird table when I was looking for blue butterflies in Mere Sands Wood:
And since the Macro lens was still on the camera when I got home I snapped Misty having a snooze:
Camera: Canon 7D
Lens: Canon EF100mm f2.8L MACRO IS USM
Settings: MISTY: f10, ISO 1000, 1/15 sec (hand held), focal length 100mm
SQUIRREL: f5.6, ISO 800, 1/125 sec (hand held), focal length 100mm
